1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to use this site and place orders.

2. Products, Pricing and Images

• All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions, prices and images may change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we may cancel it and refund your payment in full.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including items being out of stock, payment problems, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee. Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork, illustrations, text, graphics, logos and product designs, belongs to Spore & Grove and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems or data
• Upload or spread malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
• Scrape, harvest or copy site content by automated means
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Spore & Grove or anyone else

7. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, except for the rights you have under our Returns & Refunds Policy and under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spore & Grove from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Spore & Grove operates.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest update.

Sporeandgrove sells and ships to customers in the United States only.
